Norgine B.V. today announced that it has completed its agreement with Pharmacare Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Aspen Pharmacare Holdings (collectively “Aspen”) for the divestment of its Southern African operations and product rights.

The approval of this transaction by the South African Competition Authorities was obtained on 25 August 2015.
